For online orders, you have 30 days after receipt to return your purchase, provided the receipt and swing tags are still intact. For in-store purchases, it's a 14-day return window. However, all refunds are given as store credit, unless there's a mistake on our part, like sending a wrong item or if a product is damaged without additional pictures representing its state. Do note, all mystery boxes, sneakers, streetwear, and Vibn merchandise are final sales. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
