Q) Are these products authentic?
Each and every product we upload goes through an authenticity check to ensure that each product is 100% legitimate. Everything we upload is 100% authentic unless otherwise stated.
Q) I just placed my order, when will I receive it?
It takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. From there it would take between 4-8 business days for all orders within Canada, 3-4 business days for all orders within USA, and up to 16 business days for all international orders. If you haven’t received your product within the ranges specified above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into this further.
Q) I’m worried that a piece of clothing won’t fit me, what should I do?
In this case, please refer to the measurements listed within each product page. For tops we have a “Pit-to-Pit” measurement as well as a “Length” measurement. Pit-to-Pit is the measurement from one pit to the other pit, and Length is the measurement from the shoulder to the bottom of the piece. For bottoms we have a “Waist” measurement as well as a “Length” measurement. Waist is the range of the measurement of minimum stretch of the waist of the pants to the maximum stretch, and Length is the measurement from the waist to the bottom of the pants.
Q) Are the products clean?
Each product we ship out goes through a cleaning process which includes a wash, steaming, and ironing. Although every piece goes through this process, minor signs of wear and fading may be present due to the age of the product, however any significant flaws will be specified within the product page.
Q) Can I see additional pictures?
Yes! We can send additional pictures for pieces we have listed. Please email us at email@example.com to request additional pictures.
Q) Do you have a physical location?
Currently we do not have a physical location, we are an online store only.

Q) Do I need to pay shipping?
Depending on where you're located, you may qualify for free-shipping if you meet a certain threshold. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more info.

Q) Why is the price I see different than the price shown?
Our mystery box prices are shown in CAD (Canadian Dollars). If you're seeing a different price, it is converting to your primary currency. However, you will still receive 2x the value of the box!
Q) How long will it take to process my mystery box?
All boxes are made to order and can take between 5-7 business days for our team to curate them.
Q) Which categories of clothes can I expect to receive in my mystery box?
You can expect to receive items from the following categories: jackets, sweatshirts, sweaters, hoodies, windbreakers, shirts, and t-shirts.
Q) Can I return or exchange my mystery box?
Mystery boxes are final sale and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
