Orders can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only orders that have been approved by our returns portal will be accepted.
A refund, inclusive of postage costs, is only available on faulty orders which include major stains or rips that were not stated within the product description, or if the wrong item(s) was sent. If this is the case, please select "Poor quality / Faulty" as the reason of return and upload clear pictures of the issue(s) which will allow the team to process the return as soon as possible.
Please note, if duties are charged upon arrival of the returned package, it will be deducted from your refund. Once your order has been received and examined, a store credit voucher will be sent to you.
