We understand that sometimes the sizing and colour style is a little different to what you expected. If this is the case, you have 7 days from the date your item is delivered to send it out to us. The item being returned must arrive in the same condition it was sent. To receive the return address, please email us at email@example.com.
If there are any duties charged when the returned package arrives, it will be deducted from your refund. Once your returned item is received, you will have a store credit voucher applied to your account to use on future orders.
Please note that a full refund, inclusive of postage costs, is only available on faulty orders which includes major stains, rips, or if the wrong item(s) was sent. If this is the case, please get in touch with one of our team members and we’ll walk you through the steps to return the item(s) to us.
