We understand that sometimes the sizing and colour style is a little different from what you expected. If this is the case, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to send it out to us. The item being returned must arrive in the same condition it was sent.
If there are any duties charged when the returned package arrives, it will be deducted from your refund. Once your returned item is received, you will have a store credit voucher applied to your account to use on future orders.
Please note that a full refund, inclusive of postage costs, is only available on faulty orders which includes major stains or rips that were not photographed and/or stated in the product description, or if the wrong item(s) was sent. If this is the case, please get in touch with one of our team members and we’ll walk you through the steps to return the item(s) to us.
